📦 Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Mamia purchase. Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

• Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
• Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Original receipt or order number is provided

❌ Items NOT Eligible for Return

• Products that have been opened or used
• Hygiene products where the seal is broken
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
• Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale

🔄 Return & Replacement Process

Follow these simple steps to request a return or replacement:

• Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
• Step 2: Send your order number and a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
• Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
• Step 4: If approved, we will arrange pickup and send a replacement

💳 Refunds

We currently process refunds in the following ways:

• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund via EasyPaisa or JazzCash within 3–5 business days after return is received
• Online payment orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

🚚 Damaged During Delivery

If your order arrives visibly damaged by the courier:

• Take a photo of the sealed package before opening
• Take photos of the damaged items inside
• Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with the photos and your order number

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for courier-damaged orders.
